We offer three tiers of pricing based on the experience and skill level of the artist or stylist you choose to book. To make things simple, we’ve created a detailed pricing brochure outlining each level within the SD Pro Team, along with a full breakdown of our services and rates. If an additional artist is required at the booking we charge an additional £150 depending on experience/time needed.
We do have a minimum spend of £400.00 Friday-Sunday & £375.00 Monday-Thursday so this is the minimum fee for Bridal Hair & Makeup on your wedding day, this does not include your bridal trial this is a separate appointment/fee.
We have a minimum spend of £275.00 for Special Occasion Hair & Makeup.
For Asian Wedding Hair & Makeup please ask for pricing & information upon enquiry if you require an Asian specialist.

Petrol / Distance / Travel
Travel within 10 miles is included at no extra cost. For distances beyond this, a travel fee of £0.60 per mile will apply, calculated from your artist’s location. This fee is added to your invoice or final bill.
Booking Terms
A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding date. This amount will be deducted from your final wedding day balance. Once your booking fee and booking form has been received, your booking is confirmed on our diary. Detailed booking information is located in our booking form.
Payment Terms
Your bridal trial payment is required the day before your trial via bank transfer or you can make a cash payment on the day. The trial payment is non refundable.
Your final wedding day balance is due 14 working days before your wedding date and is non-refundable. Payments can be made via bank transfer, or in cash if preferred. You will receive your final invoice 6–8 weeks before your wedding with full payment details. Please note that no changes can be made to your booking after this point.
Bank transfers or cheques must be completed 14 days prior to the event, or a cash payment can be arranged.
Please be aware that debit and credit cards are not accepted.
Cancellation Terms
All completed services, including trials, are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your booking, there is no charge when 16 weeks’ notice or more is given. Cancellations made within 16 weeks of the wedding date will incur a fee which is broken down in our booking form.
